I found a great Island back in '94. Tobago. It was love at first sight. A true romantic, that's me. My vision - to create a truly top class, luxury villa. The kind that Tobago had never seen before., In a position where the only interrupted views of the sea were the swaying Palms.

Morrison Associates the great Barbadon architects designed it. A hand picked, 1st class team of local craftsmen and specialists built it. Susan my wife and I designed the interior. Painstakingly selecting and sourcing materials on a global scale.

The end result - Villa Romanca. After an unmeasurable amount of sheer determination and hard work, my dream stood proudly in front of me.

A luxury property of substantial proportions (interior 7000 sq.ft). Walls made from Coral Stone (influenced by Sandy Lane). Furnishings, fabrics and drapes all hand made from the finest woods, cloths and silks. In a setting beautifully landscaped where the finest detail meets the flavour of the Island.

All because I care so much about the very best in life.
